Japanese Convention Tokyo Part 2
by Dutch Fashion Doll World
It was so much fun to follow the Japanese convention today. Here a small report from the day with a special thank to Gianni and Mario from Magia 2000 for the pictures.
The convention was held in the Asakusa View hotel in japan.
Here some highlights from the convention:
They had an Life auction with some amazing dolls by Japanese artists.
The creation in the middle is from Momoko Komori and the Silkie on the right is dressed in an outfit from Oka Kazumi. But the doll of the auction was this creation from Magia2000.
Her name is Pink in Japan. And she was sold for 500000 Yen. This is a record for the japanese convention.
They also had a fun fashion show.
and gorgeous centerpieces.
Barbie Collector showed some gorgeous new dolls.
Love it that we saw some irl pictures from Little Red Dress and Boucle Beauty (how cool is that hair color).
But my favorite part of the day was to spot some of the beauties that Magia2000 brought to the salesroom.
This was the first time for them to attend the Japanese convention. And they were a big hit. The collection sold out in minutes.
And here some official pictures from this Japanese convention collection.
This lady in pink was one of my favorite.
Love the dramatic look of this girl.
And can’t wait to see some more pictures of this beauty.
Thank you Gianni and Mario and see you in Paris next week.
